EXTENDED DAY PROGRAM (EDP)
WHEN DOES EDP MEET?
Monday–Friday from 2:55 PM until 5:30 PM on regularly scheduled full school days. The program does not operate on holidays, half days, or early dismissal days. It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to have the ParentSquare app for notifications regarding early dismissal and to make appropriate pickup arrangements.
WHAT WILL MY STUDENT DO WHILE IN EDP?
The daily schedule includes snack time, homework/reading time, and game/play time.
FEES
Morning Care (EMC): Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 7:25 AM. Cost: $1.00 per student, per day.
Extended Day Afternoon (EDP): Yearly non-refundable enrollment fee of $45.00 per student and $35.00 for each additional sibling. Daily
DROP-IN CARE
Available for students not enrolled in EDP. Limited to 5 sessions per school year per student. Cost is $12.00 per day and must be paid at pickup. Parents must notify the child’s teacher and/or school secretary.
PICKUP & LATE FEES
Students must be signed out daily. Late fee of $2.00 per minute per student after 5:30 PM. After
PAYMENT POLICY
Payments are due weekly by Friday. A $20.00 late fee will be added if unpaid for two consecutive Fridays. Students may be denied participation due to outstanding balances.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Students report to the gym at dismissal (2:55 PM). At least one family member must join the EDP ParentSquare group. Parent
GROUNDS FOR TERMINATION
Services may be terminated for non-payment, repeated late payment, or disruptive behavior. Two warnings will be given; the third will result in removal from the program.
