PTA Announcements
We cannot thank you enough for your support of our PTA.
Parents, please consider joining our West Elementary School PTA. Annual dues for a family are $12.00. We are grateful for all the support that we receive from our PTA. They have provided so many extra items for us. Most recently, PTA has purchased a projector, screen, and audio system for our lunchroom. This Fall, each homeroom teacher will have a recess bag with balls and activities that they can take to recess with them each day. PTA provides extra incentives for students and teachers. Last year, each child at West Elementary received a field trip t-shirt provided by PTA. We cannot thank you enough for your support of our PTA.
February is the month of LOVE and we LOVE our teachers and staff. We would LOVE to stock the snack area in the lounge for them so they can grab a snack or two to get them thru the day.
If you would like to donate please send in any individually wrapped snack/cookies/chips/cakes/
March 6th from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm is our 5th and 6th grade 2nd annual Glow Bash Dance in conjunction with East Elementary!!
Everyone that came last year had such a fun time. All the info for the dance is on the flyer below. Your child should have brought home or be bringing home the flyer below along with a sponsor form and the form to purchase tickets.

Parents our Nothing Bundt Cake Fundraiser forms are came home today! We talked to each grade during their PE classes and explained how the fundraiser works.
There are 5 flavors and the flavors are listed on the form. There are also 3 different sizes which are also listed on the forms.
Orders and money are due Thursday March 20th and cakes will be delivered to West on April 16th. We will let you know closer to time how to pick up your cakes.
On the order form...if your customer orders more than 1 size please use a line for each size. Please see example attached.
