Meet Mrs. Needham...
Hello and Welcome to West Elementary! My name is Mrs. Needham, and I will be your 4th-grade math teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. I will be entering my 19th year in education. My husband, Jackie, and I have been married for 24 years. We have one daughter, Julia, who will be going into 7th grade at Cullman Middle School. We enjoy spending time with our family and being outdoors.
I look forward to building strong relationships and encouraging our students to reach their academic potential. I can’t wait to meet my students and their families!
