My name is Sam Mazzara, and I am a self-contained special education teacher working with 3rd and 4th grade students. This is my first year teaching, and I am excited to begin my career here at West Elementary. I graduated from Jacksonville State University in December 2025 with a bachelor’s degree in Special Education.

My wife and I got married in September 2025 and recently moved to Cullman. We have two Golden Retrievers who keep us busy and entertained. In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors and making memories with friends and family. I am looking forward to a great year at West Elementary and hope to make a positive and lasting impact on my students and school community.
