Kelly Crutchfield-Hayes is a graduate of Cullman High and Athens State University. She earned her Masters Degree from UAB. She has been teaching for 15 years. She is married to Jonathan Hayes. He is a teacher and coach at Cullman High School. They have two children Evy and Asa Hayes.
