Hello! My name is Meaghan Britton, and I am so excited to be teaching 6th grade ELA at West Elementary!  I attended Cullman City Schools as a student and graduated from Cullman High School in 2013.  I am so happy to be at West Elementary doing what I love most! 

In December 2017, I graduated from Athens State University with a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Educational Technology. I also have an Educational Technology Master's degree in Learning, Design, and Technology from the University of West Alabama. 

On the weekends I love spending time with friends and family, playing with my dog Zeke, reading a good book, or traveling. I enjoy attending all kinds of sporting events; my favorites to watch are football and baseball. Roll Tide and Hail State!

I feel so blessed to be a part of the family at West, and I look forward to a wonderful year together!
