Mr. Washington recently read Stone Fox to our students, and they really enjoyed this heartwarming story! Based on a Rocky Mountain legend, the book follows Little Willy, a young boy determined to save his grandfather’s Wyoming farm by winning a dogsled race. With his loyal dog, Searchlight, by his side, Willy faces tough competition, including the undefeated Stone Fox. The students were captivated by this exciting story of courage, determination, friendship, and never giving up!
